Steve Babaeko to speak at 2019 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity

One of Nigeria’s renowned, respected and celebrated marketing communications professionals and the Chief Executive Officer of X3M Ideas, a foremost creative powerhouse in the country, Steve Babaeko, has been appointed to speak at the 2019 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity holding in June in France.

As the debonair creative egghead disclosed, on his LinkedIn handle, he will join other great African minds to discussThe Authentic African Story at that festival, stressing the he had utilized varying storytelling techniques to deliver winning campaigns for his clients’ world class brands over the years.

In his words, “As an experienced marketing communications professional, I have used varying storytelling techniques to deliver winning campaigns for my clients’ world class brands. Hence, I will be joining Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde and Anant Singh at Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity 2019 to discuss The Authentic African Story”.

It woud be recalled that Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity has, for over six decades, been the benchmark for creative communications across the world; it has always been a rendezvous for priceless intellectualism which regular, new as well as prospective participants look forward to, year in year out.

Steve Babaeko, a multiple global and local creative awards winner is a regular face and renowned personality at global marketing and advertising events. Babaeko who is the current Vice-President of Association of Advertising Agencies of Nigeria, (AAAN) is a long time jury member of Loeries Creative Awards. He has also served as jury member of other international awards.

His advertising agency X3M Ideas is renowned for its avant-garde creative prowess and innovative ideas which have clearly marked it out from the packs. X3M Ideas is a regular winner at local and global creative awards contests.
